Patrick Holford Connect capsules contain nutrients which act as methyl donors and thus support the methylation process to keep the brain and body chemistry in ideal balance. These nutrients include Vitamin B2, B6, B12, Folic Acid and TMG. Vitamin B2 is needed for energy production and for re-methylation. Vitamin B6 is required for cell reproduction and proetin synthesis. Vitamin B12 plays an important role with neurological functioning. Folic acid is require for healthy red blood cell formation. This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
