NB* You must contact customer service by phone or email to ensure your item is eligible for a return and/or to troubleshoot any issues that may be solvable over the phone. Once we have established that the item can be returned we will email you a return form to be filled and included with your item as well as return shipping information. 

I've changed my mind.

If you've changed your mind on your purchase all you need to do is return the item to us within 30 days of ordering. Our only requirement is that the item is in a saleable condition – unopened with packaging intact.  Please note we are unable to arrange a pick up of unwanted items so we do ask that you return the item(s)  to us by the method of your choice. We highly recommend using a courier service that has tracking and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items in transit .. Once we get your item back we will process your refund within 48 hours, but keep in mind it may take up to 5 days to appear back on your statement. Please be aware that if seals on some items i.e. gates have been opened we are unable to offer a return. Please make sure you carefully measure your space before purchasing gates, if you're not sure get in touch with us and we will help you determine suitability. We ask you to make sure that when you are returning an item to make sure it is packaged up securely, any items that arrive back damaged, opened or used, will not be eligble for a refund and will have to be returned to you at your cost

 

I received the wrong item

In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, we will arrange a swap for you as quickly as possible. All we ask is that you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. Get in touch so we can verify the mispack in our system and we will arrange a pick up of the mispacked item and delivery of the correct item at the same time.

 

My product is faulty

It happens even the best brands from time to time! If you find a fault with your product within the warranty period we will sort it out for you as quickly as possible. First get in touch so we can figure out exactly what happened, we may troubleshoot with you and arrange parts replacement. If that doesn't work get the item back to us and we will work with either a repair or replacement for you. We will refund your shipping costs right way and of course, return the replacement free of charge.

 

Items damaged in transit

If a package arrives with the packaging damaged it may have been damaged in transit. if this happens, get in touch right away - don't worry your order was fully insured and we will get you a replacement right away in most cases and arrange collection/return of the damaged item. We would only ask that you send us a photo of the damaged item so that we can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible

Please note that if the seal is broken/opened on fetal dopplers, TENS machines, Pelvic Floor Exercisers/Toners, due to the nature of the product we are unable to arrange a return on this item for hygiene reasons.
