Lost or Missing Deliveries

While delivery issues are rare, in the event that an order goes missing after being dispatched, we require a period of up to 20 working days from the dispatch date to allow time for the parcel to arrive or be returned to us. This timeframe is based on postal service guidelines and accounts for delays caused by misrouting, incorrect address information, or temporary service disruptions.

If the parcel has not been delivered or returned to us within 20 working days, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

1. Governing Law

This site is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

2. Agreement to Terms

By using this site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which we may update at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for any changes.

3. Placing Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.

- An order confirmation email is sent upon receipt, but this does not constitute acceptance.
- A contract is only formed once the goods are dispatched.
- All website content is an invitation to treat and not a binding offer.

4. Prices & Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them and cancel or refund affected orders.

- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Credit Card Payments

We use secure payment processing via PaymentSense. Your card will be charged at checkout. Orders are dispatched only after payment has cleared.

6. Promotional Codes

Only one promotional code may be used per order. Codes may not apply to sale items or be combined with other offers.

7. Delivery

We deliver within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. Orders received before 2pm are usually processed the same day. Standard delivery may be untracked. If we are aware of any delays, we will notify you by email.

Missed deliveries may incur redelivery charges by An Post. You can also collect missed parcels from your local depot.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) number before returning any items.

- Returns must be received within 7 days in original, saleable condition with packaging and accessories.
- Tampered products or missing components will not be refunded.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

9. Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is incorrect or damaged. We will resolve the issue promptly and cover return shipping where applicable.

10. Export Restrictions

We currently only ship within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Contact us directly for special arrangements.

11. Emails on Ordering

You will receive three automated emails:
1. Order confirmation and invoice
2. Shipping confirmation
3. Product/service review request

You will only receive marketing emails if you opt in at checkout.

12. Security

We use firewalls and SSL to protect your personal data. We never store payment card details. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

13. Copyright & IP

All site content — including text, graphics, images, logos, and software — is the property of TheNutritionStore.ie (The Nutrition Store) and protected by copyright law. Use or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

You are granted a limited, revocable license for personal use only. Commercial use, data mining, scraping, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
