As a fully Irish owned company, all deliveries are sent from Ireland in discreet, unmarked packaging, with recycled materials used wherever possible.
We start early each morning at 7.30am to get orders packed and on the road quickly.

An Post Premium Tracked
• Price: €4.90

• Dispatch before 10 am Monday to Friday

UPS Express Saver
• Price: €7.90
• Premium next day courier service
• Dispatch before 12 noon Monday to Friday
• Typical delivery time: next working day nationwide

• Tracking emails are sent directly by UPS
2. Dispatch and Transit
• Orders placed before the daily cut off are dispatched the same day.
• An Post cut off: 10.00 am (1–2 working days, often next day).
• UPS cut off: 12.00 noon (typically next working day nationwide).
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, volume or routing.
• Any non standard dispatch times, such as pre orders, are shown on the product page.

4. Missed Deliveries
An Post
• One delivery attempt is normally made.
• Drivers may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour if considered secure.
• If delivery cannot be completed, a notice will be left with instructions.
• You can collect your parcel or arrange redelivery at www.anpost.ie/redelivery.
• Uncollected parcels return to us after five working days.
• A new €3.99 delivery charge applies if reshipping is required.
UPS
• UPS may attempt delivery up to three times depending on the route.
• Parcels may be left with a neighbour or in a suitable safe place.
• Parcels may also be redirected to a UPS Access Point for collection.
• If returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the €8.52 UPS Express Saver charge applies again for reshipping.
5. Stock Availability, Pre Orders and Delays
• If an item is out of stock or damaged during picking, we will contact you immediately.
• You may choose to wait for restock or receive a full refund.
PRE ORDERS
• A pre order is when an item is not in stock but already on the way to our warehouse.
• Pre ordering lets you reserve the product in advance.
• Pre order items are clearly marked with an estimated dispatch date on the product page and again in the cart.
• If this date changes by more than a day or two, we will email you with an update and offer a refund if preferred.
6. Packaging
• All orders are shipped in plain, discreet, unbranded packaging.
• We reuse clean boxes and packing materials where possible.
• If discreet packaging is needed, add a note at checkout.
7. Delays, Lost Parcels and Liability
• Delivery times are based on courier estimates and may vary. As delays are outside our control, delivery fees are not refundable in the event of a late delivery.
• If your parcel is in transit, please contact the courier directly using your tracking link.
• We become involved only when:
• A parcel is marked as delivered but not received, or
• The courier confirms the parcel is lost.
LOST Investigation Timeframes
• An Post: Up to 20 working days
• UPS: Often quicker, but confirmation from UPS is still required
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel
• It may have been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
• Check around your property, with neighbours or any designated safe spots.
• If still missing, we will open a formal investigation with the courier.
• A replacement or refund is issued only after the courier concludes their investigation.
If a parcel is confirmed lost
• We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
• Your original delivery fee is refunded.
• Orders not received must be reported within 30 days.
8. Terms and Conditions of Delivery
• All delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees.
• Delivery fees are not refundable in the event of delays, as courier transit times can vary and are outside our control.
• Delivery fees are refunded only when a parcel is officially confirmed lost.
• Once dispatched, parcels are the responsibility of An Post or UPS until delivered.
• Delivery may be made to your address, a neighbour or a safe place.
• Courier investigations can take up to 20 working days.
• Orders not received must be reported within 30 days.
9. Chasing Up Orders
• While a parcel is in transit, you must contact the courier directly for any delays, routing questions or delivery arrangements.
• We cannot chase or manage in-transit parcels on your behalf.
• Your tracking link (sent by An Post or UPS) allows you to view updates and manage delivery instructions.

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if the courier confirms it as lost, we will step in and handle the investigation and resolution.
Failed, Missed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will normally leave a calling card or issue a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection.
An Post parcels may be held at your local depot for collection for a limited time. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by An Post.
If a parcel is not collected from the An Post depot, is repeatedly missed, or is refused at the door, it will automatically be returned to us by the courier.
UPS deliveries that are not successfully completed after the permitted delivery attempts will also be returned to us.
Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, you will be entitled to a refund for the goods. However, any return shipping charges imposed on us by the courier will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes costs incurred due to missed delivery, failure to collect, incorrect address details, or refusal of delivery.
Please note that original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely and responding promptly to courier notifications to avoid unnecessary delays and charges.
