We dispatch before 1pm Monday to Friday and use premium couriers to delivery nationwide in Ireland & Northern Ireland, always in discreet unmarked packaging for maximum privacy. Key shipping details at a glance:

*€4.99 for our premium courier service, €2.99 for delivery via postal service or Free for some items that apply for free shipping and in cases where you have a coupon code that we give our from time to time. Watch out for the free shipping information in each product description. If there are multiple items are present in your cart the full order will qualify for free shipping if one of the items applies for free shipping. Please note if free shipping applies normally standard delivery is used depending on the size and value of the package.
Who Will Deliver Your Order?:
When you select standard deliver we will use An Post regular post (stamps). Premium delivery option is with An Post or DPD, once your item is dispatched you will get a notification email with the courier who will be delivering your order and also your tracking number. In a small number of instances when standard delivery is selected we may upgrade this to premium delivery, you will receive notification of this also. DPD will notify you by text and/or email to let you know that your order is out for delivery, if no one is home they will try to phone you and will leave with a neighbour if requested
Delivery Time Frame:
Delivery with our courier service is normally within 1 business day provided the order has been placed before 1pm. In some rare cases delivery may take longer for larger items, special stock items that must be ordered from the manufacturer or due to unforeseen delays with the courier. Please note we do not offer refunds or reimbursement for delays on delivery. The premium delivery charge is for the tracking and insurance facility and doesn't guarantee next day delivery. Please note due to our extensive range of Biocare speciality vitamins we do not always carry large stocks of each item and therefore next day delivery is not always possible - on each detailed product page of each item we give and estimated delivery timeframe - in most cases its 1 business day.
Each order is placed with The Nutrition Store is fully insured. If your item arrives damaged please inform us immediately. For full details on our returns policy click here.
Track & Trace
You will receive an email with a tracking number from our courier once they have scanned your package on leaving our warehouse. If you have not received this email please contact us to get an update.
What happens if I miss a delivery with An Post?
An Post Courier Service will attempt delivery for the first time, if no one is available at the place of delivery, a docket will be left stating missed delivery and your parcel will be sent to your local delivery office (please note that this is your local An Post delivery office and not your local post office). You have two options thereafter:
1) Collect your parcel from your local delivery office (parcels will be kept for 5 working days from date of missed delivery)
2) Rearrange delivery back to the initial delivery address or to an address of your choice, this can only be done online directly with An Post. The link to request re-delivery is www.anpost.ie/redelivery

If a delivery isn't collected at the depot after a missed delivery, it will be returned back to us here, to arrange a new delivery with us a new delivery charge will apply
Standard Postage Service
Please note if standard post is chosen the item is not tracked and doesnt have insurance. In the rare circumstance that a package gets lost, it may take up to 4 weeks for the package to arrive back to The Nutrition Store. In the event of this happening, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds until the package does arrive back to us.
In most cases your order will be sent in recycled unmarked packaging. All packaging has a courier label attached, which contains address information and your contact number to assist the courier should he/she need to contact you to arrange delivery. In some cases, for larger orders, we will recycle packaging from our suppliers with the environment in mind.This packaging may have some branding on it ; if you have specific requirements for packaging please let us know - we would be happy to facilitate you.
