Alflorex contains the unique PrecisionBiotic™ B. longum 35624, developed as a precision strain which goes to work only where it is needed. B. longum 35624 has been extensively characterised and tested by Scientists, Clinicians and Gastroenterologists in Alimentary Health Ltd. and University College Cork (one of the world’s leading institutions in gut health).
Irritable Bowel Syndrome: Alflorex has been shown to provide relief and be especially beneifical for people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, this is because it contains the strain B. longum 35624. B. longum 35624 has been found to alleviate IBS symptoms and it has shown a greater reduction in symptoms when compared with other strains of probiotics. B. longum 35624 helps to reduce intestinal inflammation and therefore relieveing IBS symptoms such as abdominal pain and discomfort, bloating and bowel movement difficulty.

Additional Information:
- Take Alforex for a minimum of 4 weeks to help prime your gut and then continue usage daily
- One capsule daily, this can be taken with or without food
