Folic acid (Vitamin B9) is required to support normal cell division and tissue growth and is used in the formation of blood and of red and white blood cells
Vitamin C is an important antioxidant and improves sperm quality. It is also required for iron absorption
Iron is vital for oxygen transport and the formation of red blood cells, it also contributes to cognitive function and healthy cell division
